Hello!

I want to start coding by Auto C which uses ActiveX Control Pad for designing forms like in VB editor.
Editor and Auto C are installed.
I tried to install ActiveX Control Pad - but on Windows 10 Pro 1809 x64... used compatibility settings with XP SP3 first and Windows 95 2nd incl. run as admin.

Can anybody help me?

Miro

What I have tried:

Use compatibility settings for XP SP3 and Windows 95.
Both with run as admin.

Why are you using an old and incompatible system? Get a copy of Visual Studio 2017, which is free, and make life easy for yourself.

Why on earth would you want to use it? ActiveX Control Pad is 20 years old.

ActiveX isn't supported by any of today's browsers because it was insecure as hell, and even when it was supported, only Internet Explorer and older versions of Firefox supported it.

Trying to use it today is a complete waste of time.

What are you going to run the apps in?

The last time ActiveX Control Pad was updated was 1997, 22 years ago! That should tell something. The answer to your question, "So can anybody help?", is going to be "no" because nobody has used the thing in over 15 years.
