How do I call a specific id of an HTML page not the whole HTML page?

Hey guys I am having a problem with Django. I have a HTML file and in that I have sections in which I have given them a normal html Id. In some other html file I wanna call the specific Id of that first page as a URL. How can I?

What I have tried:

Tried to post on social media and did some stackoverflowing.

You're going to have to explain your problem a bit better. You don't "call" ids, an id is just an attribute given to an element, so we don't know what you mean when you say you want to "call the specific id"
