How to signalr in MVC

i am developing application in MVC, in which admin user will broadcast a message from VIEW. this message i want show to all user in HomePage(landing Page)

both the view are different

What I have tried:

i my new MVC and signalR , and tried number of times from google. but could not find any solution as per requirement.
