God days guys I bought zk4500 an it did not come with any driver cd or sdk. I downloaded zkfinger sdk 5.3 from zkteco.com.
I installed the drivers an the device can be initialized but cannot be connected. I installed version 2.3.4.0 of the sdk , when I plug the device I hear a beep showing that the drivers are compatible with the device of which I couldn't hear from version 5.3. but the problem is that I don't have the documentation and the library interface for version 2.3.4.0.....Your response will be appreciated

What I have tried:

zkfinger 5.3 But the device doesn't beep. showing that the drivers might be uncompatible

Seems, it's payable software... I'd suggest to ask for documentation here: ZKTeco Support[^] or here: Contact | ZKTeco Europe[^]

I have found sdk documentation on: Academia.edu[^], but i'm not sure it's related to 2.3.4.0 version.
