How to convert dob to text in word 2013

hello guys!
i have a problem i m entering data in word 2013 in which there are lot of dob in fig as well as in word/text.
i want a macro that it may convert the dob into text/word

What I have tried:

i search a lot but i find a formula/macro in excel but i need in word 2013 not in excel

It's trivial. If macro is able to convert dob to text in Excel, it can be used (after few minor changes) in Word. Try!
