i am using share point office 365.

I have 6 tabs in a page(abc.aspx). i had created a custom list for tabs. where user can select yes or No to show or hide the boxes and display it in main page.

means when select Yes from custom List for tab1 then tab1 will show in the main page.
when select No from custom List for tab2 then tab2 will hide in the main page.
i have attached a zip file which contains Image.

can you please guide me.Thanks in advance.

What I have tried:

I had created a custom list with 6 tabs(Tab1,Tab2,Tab3,Tab4,Tab5,Tab6) in share point office 365.
I have main page with which contains 6 tabs.i am trying to hide show boxes conditionally upon selection of custom list.
