Normally for new members and not enough reputation points, articles will go into a moderation queue where authorize members can review. approve or decline your submission. You should be able to get email notifications when either of those actions happens.
For the time being, you can see all your articles under your name. Go over at the top right portion of this site and hover into your name. A context submenu should appear, click on My Articles.
