It might be already late for you, but this might help others in future (if they face similar issue and land up here!)

Exactly same question asked here[^] and marked as resolved.

One of the answers say: It turned out that support for BizTalk 2004 in general has stopped. There is a possibility to extend the support until 2014 but that will comes with a big fee.
