Hello everyone,

Yesterday I decided I want to start developing IOS apps. I don't have a mac, so I started looking for other possible ways to do that. My research came down to leveraging a virtual machine. I found out that my PC computer (I have Windows 10 by the way) has to have some certain hardware (similar to mac) in it for me to install mac software safely and "legally". I am afraid mine is not in any way similar to mac, because I have MSI workstation laptop which features NVIDIA Quadro graphics card and 16GB Ram. So, I am wondering, can I still go for a virtual machine option with my laptop? What the consequences of trying to install mac anyway could be? I would be really grateful if you guys help me understand this process better. Maybe you know a better way for developing IOS apps without a mac?

What I have tried:

Nothing so far. Just did a research.

Richard, Xamarin can only be used to build apps for IOS on mac software. I found out. On windows, you can develop application for android and windows with it.

Then I guess you will have to buy yourself a mac system.
