Hi Friends,
I am developing a translation tool. First I want the develop a glossary from existing translations so I developed a GUI which has 2 panes. left side has english and right side has hindi. For hindi its easy to find a new line using '|' however for english its a bit challenge since . can be anywhere between lines also. i.e. Order No.

Now I am done with first part and looking to seek your help on second part which is using this glossary for translating new document. so now when i have a line from new document, it may match partially with the line in glossary i.e.
'The new order 121234/123/21 has bee placed 20th sep 2018 at New Delhi, India' whereas in glossary entire sentence will be same except the order no and date and place. Now I need your help to understand how i can find the best matching sentence here while performing translation keeping the other values as they are.

Kindly suggest.

What I have tried:

I had a tool way back however it has place holders to match sentences like %name%, %publish_date% and may not be suitable here.
