Why is it that the internet sometimes doesn't worcs some site are browsable but others are not !could browse codeproject.com for several days and the code and the project were delayed. Does someboby controls the internet, did network statistics with r option and coud c that host is not reachable at certain routers or hubs. Other site are fine l utube and others. There are few other sites which are not available sometimes and these sites are related with code cuestions. Who controls the internet and how much is ther an naswer to that

What I have tried:

network statistics , telnet, tracert and few other command line tools and utilities

These are not the sites you are looking for; You can go about your business; Move along... move along.

There is no-one "controlling the internet".

I'd suspect you need to check your computer, ISP, and maybe stop visiting those conspiracy sites...

what is the reason that a site is pingable but not browsable, could ping a site but !browse did telnet but still doesn't
