Hi
I've taken your code and 'remoulded' it so that it works with Windows 10 and the current version of the Windows SDK (Which includes the latest direct x versions).

What I would like to do, is place the code in a github repository so that other users may find it's approach useful. Obviously the code will be commented such that the credit for the original code is yours.

Please let me know if this is acceptable.

Thanks

benz

What I have tried:

I've searched for an email address to contact you directly, and have been unable to.

And to whom you address your message?
Looks like you are referring an article here on CP. In case it is like this I suggest to post your message as a comment to that article. Thislike, the author get informed.

To speak with the author of an article, use the forum at bottom of article.

Don't post this under Quick Answers - if you got the code from an article, then there is a "Add a Comment or Question" button at the bottom of that article, which causes an email to be sent to the author. They are then alerted that you wish to speak to them.
Posting this here relies on them "dropping by" and realising it is for them.
