Reading the ReadMe, it looks more like a blockchain environment to serve webpages; and a browser to view the same.

You are very unlikely to find anyone who will download an unknown project and run it to test it works properly: partly because that isn't our job, it's yours; but mostly because we have no idea what your code actually does - it could be ransomware in disguise for example - and would have to invest considerable effort in checking the code before trying it.

Instead, test it yourself: that is a big part of the development of any application!
