we want to add/edit annotation to existing pdf show this pdf in our application like a pdf viewer and editor where people can add annotation?How can I achieve this?

What I have tried:

Previously I was looking for a javascript script or jquery solution for this but I did't find any free plugin.

You want a control to edit PDF's in the browser. An SDK that is going to be very large and complex and you want it for free? That's not going to happen. You're not going to find a PDF editor for free.

Libraries like this take many man-years of work to create. That's an incredible amount of work to just give away.
