Here is an error that I got multiple time while requesting for datetime of camera.
Same code working with WPF but not in web application.Please help me out

If using a custom encoder, be sure that the IsContentTypeSupported method is implemented properly. The first 1024 bytes of the response 

What I have tried:

I tried wsbinding aslo bu,that also not working.Installed wse3.0 runtime.But all is vain.
Its working in my another pc sometimes.
