How to allow user to set image mapping onlline in aps.net C#

Dear All,

I have created one web application for online exam. Where it will add different types of Question like Multiple-choice/response, true-n-false, fill in the blanks.

Now, i'm adding new type of Question, i.e., Image mapping.

What I have tried:

I want to allow user to set image mapping points but not by hard-coding. It means, When the user select image, he can also set some points as image mapping.

How can i achieve this in asp.net c#.

Can anyone please help me.
