Local host refused to connect on another device :error connection refused

hie guy's i am facing a similar challenge i have two applications running on localhost(wamp) i can access the first one which i assigned project1 to port 81 the second (project2) is assigned to port 82.devices (my desktop and android phone) on the WAN can access both projects but the project2 generates ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED once you try to enter log in credentials any help would be most appreciated

What I have tried:

changing vhost file and adjusting the config file in the control under codeigniter

You say you can access both projects but then you turn around and say project2 gives an error connection...so either your able to access it or your not.

I would first start to look at firewall and make sure youve added proper ports to firewall access rules for 81 and 82.

Hie David!sorry for that i am using a WAN for connection.project2 when you enter the IP address in this case 192.68.13.1:82 in a browser since i have set it to that in the vhost config it only gives you the homepage when you are trying to access it from the other devices.when you try and click home or after entering login credentials and clicking submit it then gives the error
