No, nobody can help you in such a forum.
The reason why everyone do not have its own video converter is because it is complicated and well above the level of beginners.
Each of these topics are worth books: LZW compression, video file formats, mp4 file format and compression.
Simply applying LZW compression to an uncompressed video will not give you a compressed video, it will five you a compressed file that is not a video anymore until you compresses it back to original format. it will be closer to an archive without being .zip file either.
