I am trying to perform OCR on the attached sample images. Google OCR + Microsoft OCR have been tried. They work really work on text that is not hand written. However I have to read text from handwritten documents.

Sample -1 [^]

Sample-2 [^]

Technology is not an issue.

What I have tried:

Abbyy OCR, Google OCR, Microsoft OCR have been tried.

The problem with hand written characters is that they are much less easy to identify.

Yes. But I am sure there must be some way because when we use S-pen in a Samsung to write it is more or less converting writing into characters.

Yes, quite possibly. But this is not a programming issue. You need to find an OCR library that can read handwritten input.

Any suggestions ? Since I have already tried Abbyy OCR, Google OCR, Microsoft OCR.

Sorry, no. You need to find a website that specialise in OCR. This one is for programming problems.

Thanks, Is there any special recommendation. One thing I am understanding is that I might need to use neural network to train the application.
