How can I use excel file without any additional driver?

I am using SQL server 2008 and Password protected Excel(2007).

What I have tried:

Is it possible? If yes, any idea or the good tutorial to explain how?

I use .net's OleDb classes to read and write Excel:

System.Data.OleDb Namespace[^]

Microsoft ACE OLEDB 12.0 Connection Strings - ConnectionStrings.com[^]
