Vb 6 want to draw angular curve

i am working on project of measure angle between 3 points. i want to draw curve as measuring is done.

What I have tried:

i have tried circle method, but i want angular line bcoz also have to move line with mouse move

Sounds like you want to draw a Bezier curve, see example here: VB Helper: HowTo: Draw a Bezier curve[^]
But why are you using an old language like VB6 ?
