Get a book on WCF and go through it, it will cover all of the basic. If it doesn't cover SQL access enough then get a book on Entity Framework and go through that. That's about 1000 pages for those two subjects. I'm not sure what kind of help you think you're going to get on a forum post that will mean you instantly understand these subjects.
