I am using zkemkeeper.dll, while interfacing Biometric scanner with C# code.

Issue:

I create a activeX Dll TO get Image in Web Application using java script. when i click to start machine event work fine. but when i click to get image this shows an error in dll . (Parameter is not Valid). Zkemkeeper shows this while Device not connected. Why my ZK4500 Stop Automatically . and why my class Library not get image

What I have tried:

I am using the zkemkeeper.dll for getting the update when a finger is pressed on the terminal. This works fine when interacting with code written in Windows Forms.

Solution 1

You should talk to the people who created the device and the DLL - they should provide technical support and will know more about their product than we will. If they don't, then find another supplier and demand your money back!
