Google map gets hang on zooming/zoomout on +/- icons?

Hi guys,

I have created an application using google map. I have also plotted markers. Probably there are more than 1000 markers updating within 30 secs on map continuously. Since, this application was developed 2 years ago and was running perfectly on clients machine. But from last one month Google map started odd behaviour.
I am trying to zoom in and zoom out, the markers getting updated correctly on the map but the map does not get zoom in or zoom out. It just got hanged. That is the background does not move w.r.t zoom level. I am zooming in / out from the by default (+) and (-) icons.

I am not able to find the solution how to resolve this.

What I have tried:

I tried to reduce the performance of the server by adding 4 CPU's but still didn't found any solution.
