Ajax modal popup showing automatically

Related with ASP.Net Web form.

I have a text box and i am performing some task on text change event.
The problem here is that when text change event occur Ajax Modal Popup showing automatically.

Note : Page contains an update panel.

What I have tried:

I tried much but unable to diagnose the issue.

Unfortunately this is not enough information for anyone to help you. After all this is your code. We do not know anything about it. Still, debugging both server and client side code should help.
