I have a wireless printer & I was wondering if connecting Bluetooth/WiFi adapter to printer’s USB-A Female port will directly print through my android mobile.

Probably not, but you need to check with the manufacturer of the printer to find out.

If that printer does not support any wireless means of communication, then how can you intent to communicate with it over wireless channels?

There can be a method, to install that printer with a computer device. Then control that computer to trigger print commands over the network. But that requires a lot of other stuff too.

Rookie Question - If I connect the Bluetooth adapter to the USB cable of printer that goes to my Laptop, will it perform same action when I pass PRINT command !?

If that bluetooth connector can integrate with the printer itself, then yes, but again I would recommend checking this against your printer's manual.

If your printer is connected to your Android device with a USB OTG (USB On-the-Go) cable, you can print from your Android device. Printing from an Android device with a USB OTG connection requires an Android device that supports USB OTG and a USB OTG cable.
