How to convert speech into text in UWP app.

Hello all,
I am working in C# in UWP app.
I am working in a UWP app in which I receive the complain(Audio and Text) and redirect to the concern team.

So I am searching how to convert the voice into text in UWP app.
For above scenario do I need a DB or it can be done without DB.

Microsoft developed a lot of samples for UWP and published them for others to download and use on GitHub: Windows-universal-samples/Samples/SpeechRecognitionAndSynthesis at master · Microsoft/Windows-universal-samples · GitHub[^].

In future, please do yourself a favor and search the online GitHub repository for other samples, they are available there.
