How to get MRSA CDQ set using HL7 message

Hi All,

I am new to HL7 and presently am building an interpreter that interprets and saves the information received from hl7 messages as far as parsing is concerned I am using NHAPI and HL7 fuse as the listener. The listener is working fine it's that the ADT and ORM messages don't contain some information like the Doctor's External ID MRSA positive or not etc which is used by our application.

Can anyone guide me how to get these fields?

What I have tried:

So far what I have thought is that to send a query hl7 message and wait for the response but not able to figure out which source/application I shall send the query to.
