How to display range values in chart label

Dear Friends,

I want to chart in range min to max: for eg. in x axis 2k-3k, 3k-4k, 4k-5k....
i have only salary column in db..

how to display like this..

What I have tried:

I have tried in sql minimum rounded value and max rounded value.. Round(Netpay,-2)
its execute 15240.00 is 15200, 13082.00 is 13100.00

I need in x axis in chart like this 10-20, 20-30, 30-40
I have values in database.. row by row, 10,20,30,40
