How do I rotat, scale, and save an image to a file?

I'm VB.NET user
I want to load an image from file , then rotating and scaling it using Graphics class, then saving it to a file.

What I have tried:

I managed to load an image from file to create a graphics class object.
I managed to rotate, scale, and draw it on form.
but I failed to know how to save it to a file.

Your question is a bit too generic to answer on a forum, however google is your friend.

Try something like this to get a idea and a starting point and raise a question on specific issues you are having.

I googled it but uselessly.
I know how to scale ans rotate image
I just want to know how to save the new image to a file.
No one show how.
