SSAS tabular model :data not showing in excel after refresh in old excel but same time when refresh new template data appers in that both are conencted same server

data not showing after refresh excel SSAS tabular model. When user refresh old excel template data not refresh not showing new data in old template for some users. At other end some users used new excel template and after they refresh new data appears in new excel template . Both excel are connected same ssas tabular model and server. Could you any one have idea why old template now showing data and new one showing that.

What I have tried:

I have google it but not get find any solution for that.
