How to make a virtual display?

Hi guys,
Is it possible to make a virtual display, and then turn the display from my graphic card to that virtual display?
(The monitor will be black then. Or maybe it turns off)

What I have tried:

Solution 1

This requires writing a Remote Display Driver[^].

I hope you're into C and debugging kernel drivers because you're not going to be writing this in VB/VB.NET.
