Change no authentication to individual user accounts

Hello,

I've created a Web API 2 Project and set its authentication to No Authentication.

Now, I want to change the authentication from No Authentication to Individual User Accounts

How can I do that?

I have tried it by installing Identity and Owin dll manually. But, it was not working.
