How do I remove row count konesans?

I am upgrading a SQL Server 2005 SSIS package to 2008 R2 and get error:

The managed pipeline component Konesans.DTS.Pipeline.RowCountPlus Transform Could not load file or assembly etc....

I found the a few entries in the XML Code of the package, but sure if deleting the entries can be done clean.

What I have tried:

Searched for 2 days. Tried the Konesans website. Removed our Task Factory auditing components. Troubleshot multiple package be this solution has 15 packages from another server and all need to be updated.
