Asp.net application deployment on wan for public ? it is running perfectly on lan

I have a problem in asp.net application deployment ! i was deploy asp.net on iis server on LAN is it run perfectly on every machine that are on my network (LAN) but I want that every one can access my application through WAN ! so how it is possible ??? can u please guide me ? i am using wireless usb for internet connection thanks

I am using MTS dongle wireless connection, i have no any router ! is this is possible to without router or router is necessary for to make wan network
