How to perform cuda program in java

I want to perform canny edge detection algorithm using cuda in java .For which i am using jcuda . I am confused with what to write in kernel call(.cu) and what in .java file. can anyone pl suggest me something.

What I have tried:

I had tried it in simple java using netbeans ide . but i am unable to make chages in cpu code to gpu code to be executed it on cuda 7.5 gpu
