How can i fix this problem?

The Error is:
The instruction at "0x00574fde" referenced memory at "0x00cc8378". The memory could not be "read".
click on Ok to terminate the program

How can i fixh this?

What I have tried:

I use the dll file and delphi application.The application works well however i try to close the program i get this error

We can't answer that for you: we don't have any access to your code, or data.
I'd suggest that you start by running it in a debugger, and try to find out what code it's failing in. Chances are it's in the DLL, and it because something is being shut down in the wrong order and a pointer you handed it earlier has been released or overwritten.
But we can't help you with this - we just don't have any access to your machine!
