Ssis job fails while updating fields in sharepoint list

There is one SSIS package which takes SharePoint List as source , a script component which calculates certain columns in list and then updates the same list which is the detination.
It works fine when there are less number of values in source but fails when the count of row increases with the error

"SSIS Error Code DTS_E_PROCESSINPUTFAILED. The ProcessInput method on component failed with error code 0x80131501 while processing input "Component Input". The identified component returned an error from the ProcessInput method."

What I have tried:

I created views in List and observed that when values are less than 200 in list it works fine else it fails
