Maven wizard can not be started in eclipse?

I have an Eclipse IDE(Helios) but when i try to an existing Maven Project I am Getting an error message like-

The selected wizard could not be started
reason
plug-in org.eclipse.m2e.core.ui was unable to load class
org.eclipse.m2e.core.ui.internal wizards.MavenProjectWizard

I have googled and tried a few things but they are not working. Can anyone Suggest anything?Thank You
