How to implement regular exression for Boolean Filter Logic (1 AND 2) OR (3 AND 4)?

I have five conditions
1, 2, 3, 4, 5
I want to build Boolean filter logic with the above five conditions like

(1 AND 2) OR (3 AND 4) OR 5

I want to make above condition is in specific format with balanced parentheses, AND/OR operator and 1-5 numbers.

Please do the needful.
