We need to build an Airplay Viewer, to share screen from iOS based devices i.e. iPhone, iPad,

Is there any way we can integrate the Airplay Protocol,

Does Apple provide any API documentation on Airplay?

Help appreciated.

AirPlay Mirroring[edit]
At WWDC 2011, Jobs announced AirPlay Mirroring as a feature in iOS 5 where the user can stream the screen from an iPad 2 to a HDTV wirelessly and securely without the need for cables.[14][15]

AirPlay Mirroring is a slightly different technology that allows specific content to be broadcast from a variety of iOS devices and iTunes to a second generation Apple TV. The exact composition of the protocols that AirPlay Mirroring uses have not yet fully been discovered, or reverse-engineered.[15] However, an unofficial AirPlay protocol specification is available.[16] A 2nd generation or later Apple TV is required, and supported hardware (when using OS X Mountain Lion or later) includes the iMac (mid 2011 or newer), Mac mini (mid 2011 or newer), MacBook Air (mid 2011 or newer), MacBook Pro (early 2011 or newer) and the Mac Pro (late 2013 or newer).[17]

And that means that you may buy alicense to use that protocol...

I am looking to build something similar to AirServer, The target mirroring machine can be any windows machine, what you have suggested seems only working on Mac OS, also it's an old article things may have changed by now, as there are so many Mirror applications available now a days, there must be some way that we can integrate the Airplay Protocol.

Of course there is a way - pay Apple for the protocol's definition, which is proprietary...

Do you have any reference link which gives further information, e.g. Pricing or Features available for Developers etc?

I do not know about exact details, but this seems to me a good place to start:

I have already explored everything there, nothing helpful.
