I was learning hadoop and I come to a doubt : Every slave node consists of a data node and task tracker, every data node consists of data blocks. Suppose we have a data node which has which has 10 data blocks of each size 64 MB. How the data of a data node is processed inside a slave node? Whether all the data blocks are stored inside RAM or one data block is stored in RAM at a time and processed?
