How do I use touchpad gestures in notepad++?

Ok so my touchpad driver has this three finger swipe up/down that is quite handy when switching tabs in Chrome, and I would like to extend that functionality to notepad++.

Any ideas on how to do that? Some registry magic maybe? Or perhaps a plugin?

OS: Windows 7 64 bit
Driver: Synaptics (version 19.0.9.4)
