how to receive some records from several clients in delphi with flow control using indy ?

i want to make an application with delphi in server using indy and this application can receive some data (records) from client sides . my questions are : 1 - how can i make an application in server side it can receive some data (records) from several clients using indy please i need some example about sending records from client to server with indy ?
2 - if there are many clients send records to server how can i traffic control with something like queue methods using by indy (i dont want lose any clients data if they send data together at a moment) ?
