How Do I Put Color Dialog Box In My Visual Basic Webpage Builder.

i have been working on my VB Webpage creator for a while now.The program runs fine but however i am not able to put the color dialog box in my program so that the user can select the color they want as the background and the text color in the webpage.
currently the user needs to type the html color code or the name of the color in the textbox.

which is not at all professional. i am not able to put color dialog box because HTML color codes are different from VB color codes.So even if i put the color dialog box in my program it just won't work.
