How does one access a certificate in the windows store with Delphi

Is there a component around for Delphi XE5 for accessing a certificate in the windows store?
The cert actually comes from a USB token that MUST be plugged in at the time also so that I can use the subject in the metadata of a SOAP call.

I have no problem doing this in C# and it works really well I cannot do it in Delphi however because I haven't been able to find a class that will do the job. I would have thought that Delphi would have had this as part of its standard framework.
