Can WPF control fill its parent or resize automatically when it is hosted in Delphi XE2?

I know we can use ElementHost to host WPF control in c# Windows forms application and the WPF control can display correctly.

But If I host WPF control in Delphi, WPF control can neither fill the Delphi parent control nor resize automatically when I am resizing the Delphi parent window.
