windows update error

can some one help me regarding solving this error when updating to windows 10

even i have done cleaning the update by
1)i have stopped the windows update service
2)removed download files and data store from software distribution
3)and restarted the windows update service still the same error

help me regarding this error

What Windows version?
Have you been informed that MS Win'10 is available to download?

i have windows 8.1 , when upgrading to windows 10 it loads completely and while installing it occur the error

The wiki page says this is a common error indicating errors in system files. You might need run the original installer first and try to repair your system. Also be sure you installed the latest updates.
