Totally wrong idea. "Control" is a UI control element, in MFC, a kind of Wundow, not a control for some behavior.
Are you talking about the caret, or mouse cursor. You can control both, but caret is a part of control, such as edit control...
It could be more helpful if you explain what do you want to achieve.

No I'm not talking about caret certainly, let me explain my application. We have a graphics card which will display a Flight plan on the displays. there is a UART (RS422) bus on the card. If you give X pos , Y pos data from my MFC application (in a 35Byte frame format, this is specific to the card), we can see a cursor( not normal blinking straight line, it will be kind of round shadow). So In my application, If I move the track ball(joystick),the cursor will move on the display

So for this I'm looking for a ActiveX, with that I can create a trackball ( by using mouse you can able to move the track ball on the application)

If you have any pll do let me know

If you cannot find one using google then one probably does not exist.
