Just had a quick look, I'd say it doesn't meet our definition of an article. If it's already published elsewhere, then there's no reason to have it here -- other than self-promotion.

I'd say spam: there is a link at the end which goes to his site, which has a "Pricing" menu item - though it doesn't actually work, I suspect that is the point of the exercise?
I don't have any objection to an article being posted here and elsewhere per se, but that article throws up a red flag for me.

There is a Javascript calendar/scheduling lib on here that has both a free and paid versions. By your definition, it does the same. Shouldn't both have the same ruling of spam? 🤔
